The artist’s role is to witness and document the complexities of their time in history. In my work, moments of unrest and violence gradually consume the characters, drawing inspiration from contemporary events. I create surreal scenes where a haze of paint and emotion envelops faceless crowds, capturing the turmoil and intensity of the moment.
